Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our venue for your child's birthday celebration! We are committed to ensuring a fun and safe experience for all guests. Please take a moment to review the following important guidelines:

1. **End Time Compliance**: All events must conclude at the designated end time. We kindly ask that you ensure everyone is out of the venue promptly so we can prepare for the next birthday party. 

2. **Guest Responsibility**: As the event host, you are responsible for the conduct of all your guests during the party. Please ensure that everyone behaves appropriately.

3. **Damages to Property**: You are responsible for any damages caused to the venue or its property during the event. Please inform staff of any accidents or issues immediately.

4. **Smoking & Vaping Policy**: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside the venue and on the surrounding premises. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests.

5. **Gift waste removal**. The venue is not responsible for disposal of gift bags and gift boxes. Bags and boxes must be removed from the venue by the scheduled end time.

6. **Food**. Any food brought into the venue must be purchased from a licensed food establishment. This means that home-baked goods, home-cooked meals, or any food not purchased from an approved vendor are not permitted. This policy ensures food safety and complies with venue regulations. Any garbage from food brought into the venue must be cleaned up by the scheduled end time.

7. **Beverages** Water will be provided. Fully sealed beverages such as cans of soda or juice boxes are allowed, but must be cleaned up by the scheduled end time. 

8. **Decorations** Table top decorations and balloons are allowed. Wall and/or ceiling hung decorations are not permitted. Any decorations brought in must be cleaned up and removed by the scheduled end time. 

9. **Payments** A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your private party. The remaining total is due 48 hours prior to the event and is non-refundable.
